Successful exhibition management requires careful planning, coordination, and technical expertise. The preparation of art exhibitions involves bringing together specialists from different fields: artists, curators, technicians, programmers, and conservators, in order to ensure a smooth and well-organized installation process. Acting as a bridge between these collaborators, I facilitate communication, establish timelines, and ensure that all technical and conservation needs are met, allowing media artworks to be presented at their best.
- Pre-production organization
- Day to day task management in collaboration with technical teams, curators and/or artists
- Coordination and guidance of external specialists, such as programmers and IT experts for software-based artworks
- Handling and installation supervision
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of media artworks while on display
